Maintenance keeps your installation safe and efficient. The warranty plan extends the warranty on the parts of your Buderus boiler.
Annual maintenance
By law every 2 or 3 years is enough for a gas boiler; we recommend every year. Scheduled in advance, and you receive your certificate the same day.
- Full inspection + cleaning of combustion circuit
- Flue-gas analysis and certificate (legally required)
- Safety check of gas line and pressure
- Written report with recommendations
Parts Warranty Plan (OGP)
For a Buderus boiler: 5 or 10 extra years of warranty, on top of the 2-year factory warranty, on all original parts that are not wear parts. We arrange it for you, with no extra paperwork.
- Up to 12 years of warranty in total
- Original Buderus parts
- Condition: serviced every year by a certified installer
- Not covered: wear parts and external devices (hot-water tank, thermostat, controls)

Legal obligation
Gas boiler: every 2 years in Flanders and Brussels, every 3 years in Wallonia. Oil boiler: every year. Without a valid certificate, your insurer may refuse a claim.
Efficiency preserved
A neglected boiler loses 3 to 5% efficiency per year — that adds up to €100-200 extra on your energy bill for nothing.
Warranty kept valid
Buderus, Bosch, Vaillant, Thermia, Atlantic, Panasonic and other manufacturers require annual maintenance by a certified installer to keep the warranty valid.
