Hybrid heat pump — Gert-Jans family
Replacement of a 22-year-old gas boiler with a Buderus hybrid heat pump (air/water + peak-load boiler). Keeps existing radiators, cuts gas use by about 70%. Installed in 3 days.
€3,000 subsidy
Air/water heat pump — Hellinx family
New single-family home with underfloor heating and good insulation. Buderus air/water heat pump + heat-pump water heater for DHW. Measured SCOP 4.8.

Full renovation — Hauwaert family
EPC renovation obligation: label jump from E to C in 7 weeks. Heat pump, attic floor insulation (via partner) and system-D ventilation with heat recovery.

Geothermal heat pump — Rombouts family
Vertical boreholes for a geothermal heat pump in a renovated villa. Highest efficiency, no visible outdoor unit. Coupled with existing low-temperature underfloor heating.

Boiler replacement — Vanhaeren family
Replacement of an end-of-life oil boiler with a Buderus condensing gas boiler (109% efficiency HHV) with modulating burner. Kept existing radiator network, installed in 1 day.
Collective boiler room — Residence Boogaerts
Cascade of 3 Buderus condensing boilers for a 14-apartment building. Individual calorimeters per flat. ~25% efficiency gain over the old installation. AGM-friendly phased execution.
