- Air/water heat pump: €3,500 – €8,000 depending on revenue category
- Ventilation D with heat recovery: €1,000 – €2,000
- Oil boilers: banned since June 2025 — not replaceable with oil

Wallonia — Primes Habitation 2026
Wallonia's Primes Habitation programme uses an audit-based approach: a certified auditor lists recommended works, each with its subsidy.
- Oil boilers: banned for new builds (March 2025); replacement ban confirmed for January 2026 (subject to government decision)
- Heat pump subsidies start at €1,500 and rise with audit recommendation
