We fit the sanitary ware ourselves. For the rest we work with tradespeople we know — and you keep one point of contact, from the first visit to handover.

What we fit

The sanitary ware, and everything behind it: supply, waste and hot water.

  • Shower: tray, walk-in shower, screen and shower column
  • Bath and bath mixer
  • Washbasin and taps
  • WC: wall-hung or floor-standing, with concealed cistern
  • Supply and waste pipes, hot-water production

One point of contact for the whole job

We do not lay tiles, fit furniture or do the electrics ourselves. We entrust them to tradespeople we have worked with for years, or you choose your own — either way we plan the sequence and hold the job together.

  • Tiler, joiner, electrician: scheduled in the right order
  • One schedule and one person to call
  • Handover with you, for the whole bathroom

  • Site visit: measuring up and discussing what you want
  • Quote for the sanitary work, with the other trades included if you wish
  • Job schedule, trade by trade
  • Installation and handover
