Cascade condensing boilers

2-4 modular Buderus gas boilers sized for demand, with a single hydraulic header. 95-98% efficiency, redundancy if one unit fails.

Hybrid: HP + peak-load boiler

Air/water or geothermal HP covers 70-80% of annual demand, existing gas boiler covers cold peaks. Big CO₂ cut, minimal envelope work.

Individual metering per apartment can be added on top of any option — fair cost-sharing based on actual consumption.
