1. Technical audit

On-site assessment, heat-load calculation, building energy profile, options with CAPEX and OPEX projections — all in a single document.

2. Proposal ready for general assembly

Clear document for the general assembly: timeline, cost per apartment, energy savings and subsidy eligibility. We attend the meeting to explain.

3. Phased execution

Hot water and heating remain available during switchover — we plan around residents, not against them. Syndic receives a weekly progress update.

Cascade condensing boilers

2 to 4 modular gas boilers sized for demand, with a single hydraulic header. 95-98% efficiency, redundancy if one unit fails. Brands picked to suit: Buderus, Bosch and Vaillant.
