Geothermal: the highest efficiency, straight from the ground
A geothermal heat pump (ground-source) draws free, constant heat from the ground. Because the ground stays just as warm all year, it reaches the highest and most stable efficiency of any heat pump — and it heats, cools and makes domestic hot water. Installed by our team; commissioning is done by a certified technician.

Why choose geothermal?
The highest efficiency of any heat pump, with year-round comfort and the lowest running costs.
Maximum, stable efficiency
The ground stays around 10–12 °C all year. So a geothermal heat pump always performs at its best, even in severe frost — with the lowest running costs.
Heating, cooling and hot water
One system for complete comfort: heating via underfloor or radiators, passive cooling in summer and domestic hot water.
Discreet and durable
No visible outdoor unit and very quiet. The ground loop lasts for decades — a long-term investment.
How does geothermal work?
A geothermal heat pump uses the ground as a free, constant heat source and brings that heat into your home via water.
A closed loop in the ground absorbs the constant ground heat.
The heat pump delivers that heat via water to underfloor heating, radiators and the hot-water tank.
Because the ground temperature is stable, efficiency stays high all year — independent of the outside air.
In summer the same system can cool passively (geocooling).
Horizontal or vertical capture?
The choice depends on your plot. We assess it together during the feasibility study. In specific cases, water-water (groundwater) is also possible.
Horizontal capture
Spacious garden
Shallow collector pipes over a large area (down to about 2 m deep).
- Lower-cost earthworks
- Requires a spacious garden
- No deep drilling needed
- Ideal for new builds with land
Vertical drilling (probes)
Small footprint
Deep boreholes with geothermal probes (down to about 100 m or more).
- Suitable for smaller plots
- Very high, stable efficiency
- Requires drilling and a permit
- Minimal impact on the garden

Frequently asked questions
Everything you want to know before choosing geothermal.
Horizontal capture needs a spacious garden. If you have little space, a vertical borehole is the answer. We determine this during the feasibility study.
Yes. Horizontal capture requires earthworks; vertical capture requires drilling. We handle the entire execution.
Yes. In summer the system cools passively (geocooling) with very low consumption.
Usually yes. Because the ground temperature is stable, geothermal reaches a higher and more constant efficiency than an air-to-water or air-to-air heat pump, especially in winter.
Drilling usually requires a notification or permit. We guide you through this.
For homes over 10 years old, 6% VAT usually applies. Depending on your region there are grants for geothermal heat pumps. We inform you correctly.
