In Vilvoorde, like everywhere in Flemish Brabant, the tap water is hard — and limescale shows up in everyday life: white marks on taps and shower screens, a furred-up kettle, dull laundry and appliances that wear out too soon. For this project we fitted a SoluCalc CO₂ softener on the home's water inlet, so every drop in the house is softened — while staying perfectly drinkable.
