As part of its growth strategy, Ecowatt — specialist in heating, plumbing and ventilation, based in Zemst (Flemish Brabant) — proudly announces the acquisition of the Brussels-based company L. Ronsmans & Associés, active in the same sectors.
Ecowatt was already active in the Brussels region and strengthens its presence in the capital with this acquisition. As a result, the acquired company's name changes to Ecowatt Ronsmans SRL, symbolizing the merger of both firms under one vision.
A meeting based on shared values
After more than 20 years at the helm of Ronsmans & Associés, Laurent Ronsmans decided to pursue new professional challenges. He engaged Group P – Acquisition – Transmission to steer the handover of his company.
The meeting between Laurent Ronsmans and the directors of Ecowatt, Bertrand Wibrin and Anthony Vanden Eede, quickly revealed shared values, complementary expertise and a common vision.
Ensuring continuity, building further together
Day-to-day management of Ecowatt Ronsmans will be led by Bertrand Wibrin and Anthony Vanden Eede. Laurent Ronsmans will actively accompany the transition, ensuring continuity for customers, suppliers and employees.
This integration marks an important step in Ecowatt's continued development in Brussels, building on the strong synergies between both companies.
